‘NICE CREAM’ is the way to go!  What is ‘nice cream’ you ask?  It’s ice cream, but without the processed sugars, fats, dairies and weight gain!  Sounds like a dream right?  Does it also sound disgusting?  Well guess what, it’s DELICIOUS!  The same texture as soft serve, and crunch of chocolate chips….but it’s fully raw foods-mostly fruit-and super easy to make.

I’m more of a savory tooth to begin with, but like every woman I get my sweet cravings, and after having two kids I want to lose any excess baby weight, not gain it!  So I like to satisfy my sweet tooth with healthier options.  The best part about this is, you can eat as MUCH AS YOU WANT without it showing in your hips or belly, and it’s GOOD for you!


2 frozen bananas

3 fresh or frozen strawberries

1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 c almond milk

1 tbls acai powder

1 tbl agave nectar or honey

lots of cacao nibs

Blend all the fruit, milk, nectar/honey and acai powder in a high speed blender until smooth. 

top with cacao nibs and fresh fruit.
