THESE 4 THINGS TO SURVIVE TEETHING

THESE 4 THINGS TO SURVIVE TEETHING

Bib | Overall dress (on sale!) | headband | paci clip | paci

This poor girl has had a rough week.  She and Kylie caught a cold from someplace, then Harley went through an intense teething session.  Typically my girls are super troopers when it comes to teething, but not when the K-9s come in.  She started running a fever-also happens like clock work-and she just wanted to cuddle and snuggle.  We read a lot of books, I had a butt load of uncomfortable sleeps with her at me side-I NEED my space when I sleep-but I will say it brought about a lot of tender memories.  Now that she’s doing better I need to turn some extra attention to Kylie girl…she kinda had to give up her mama time while Harley was sick

HERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT SAVE MY LIFE DURING TEETHING + OTHERS THAT JUST MAKE IT MORE ENJOYABLE

BIBS-babies drool like a leaking facet when those chompers are coming in.  Harley will drench her entire front if I don’t put a barrier in between.  Bibs are a no brainer, they catch the drool and keep it away from her clothes & they’re great to wipe away any off her chin and face immediately-otherwise her face break out.  THESE Billy Bibs are fantastic.  They are theee cutest bib you will ever find.  Seriously my child has more style than I do lol.  Because if your baby has to wear something all the time it might as well be cute.  We don’t use them for food-obviously, because you don’t wanna ruin the cute prints-but I can just throw this on and voila! Her outfit is suddenly 10 times cuter. AND they are reversible, so it’s like having two bibs in one.  I mean c’mon is this just not the cutest outfit???

TEETHING TABLETS- These are incredible.  I’ve tried the Calming Tablets as well, I honestly don’t feel like they do much, but the teething ones I see a noticible difference.

SNUGGLES-Remember when you were little and hurt or scared and your mom or someone close to you would just hold you and somehow that just made the world better?  Physical touch works wonders-especially for babies.

FROZEN FRUIT-We tried the frozen teether toys and Harley had a fit!  She hated holding the cold in her hand, which I don’t blame her.  But frozen blueberries and frozen banana slices are perfect.  She loves fruit and she can just pop them in her mouth + nutritious! WIN-WIN.

*Huge thank you to Billy Bibs for teaming up with us on this post <3

If we choose to focus on our negative thoughts and doubt our worth instead of clinging to the Savior.  It becomes more difficult to feel the impressions of the Holy Ghost.
